TEMPORARY OFFICE ASSISTANT –
CONSERVATION & DEMAND MANAGEMENT
 (6 Month Contract)

PUC Services Inc. operates multiple utilities within and around the City of Sault Ste. Marie, including the supply and delivery of electricity and drinking water, and energy services and the treatment of water and wastewater.

As the Temporary Office Assistant CDM, your duties will include:

  • Answer routine customer inquiries; and
  • Process and maintain applications for Conservation programs;
  • Assist with inputing and verification of data. 

Qualifications:

  • At minimum, a Grade 12 Twelve Diploma and a 2-year College Diploma in Office Administration;
  • One year of related office experience;
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Highly organized;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with customers; and
  • Ability to exercise judgement.
